Where Precision Meets Personal Style

All our garments are tailored to individual measurements, design preferences, and fabric choices. Once the design and measurements are approved, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

Changes in design or fabric post-confirmation may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

Measurements & Fittings

We rely on precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

• Measurements can be taken in-store or provided remotely by the client.

• Inaccurate self-provided measurements are the client’s responsibility.

• We offer one complimentary fitting after the garment is made. Any further alterations may be chargeable depending on the complexity.

Delivery Timelines

We value punctuality but tailoring is a fine art. Estimated delivery times are shared at the time of booking.

• Standard delivery: 7–21 working days depending on design complexity.

• During festive seasons, wedding rush, or due to fabric unavailability, delays may occur.

• Clients will be informed of delays proactively.

Urgent orders may be accommodated with express charges, subject to availability.

Pricing & Payments

• Prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

• For custom orders, 100% advance is required to begin the process.

• Full payment must be made before or during delivery.

We accept UPI, card, cash, and select digital wallets. GST is applicable as per government norms.

Fabric, Color & Finishing

While we use the finest fabrics and materials, slight variations in weave, color, texture, or dye may occur due to manufacturing or lighting conditions.
Such minor deviations are not considered defects.

Client-supplied fabric is stitched at your risk. We do not take liability for material shrinkage, damage, or poor behavior during tailoring.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our services, returns and refunds are not permitted unless:

• There is a confirmed manufacturing defect,

• Or the final product deviates significantly from the approved design.

All claims must be raised within 1 hours of delivery and supported with proof. Still the owner reserve the rights to return in any condition whatsoever.

Intellectual Property & Design Rights

All designs, patterns, cuts, and styling curated by D S Tailors And Readymades Private Limited are the intellectual property of our brand.
Clients are not permitted to reproduce, share, or duplicate our designs for personal or commercial use without written consent.

Conduct & Communication

We are committed to respectful, collaborative service.
Abusive language, aggressive behavior, or non-cooperation may lead to denial of service.

Liability Disclaimer

While we strive for perfection, D S Tailors And Readymades Private Limited is not liable for:

• Delays due to events beyond our control (weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.)

• Allergic reactions to fabrics, dyes, or embellishments.

• Garment damage post-delivery caused by mishandling or incorrect washing.

The content, pricing, and images on our website or social media are regularly updated. DS Tailors is not responsible for outdated or cached information on third-party sites.
